Welcome to Garden & Glass,
Traditional Window Cleaning for Village Homes.
We clean windows the way they should be - properly, carefully, and with attention to the setting. Whether it’s a stone cottage, a converted barn, or a larger rural home, we leave glass clear, frames clean, and nothing out of place.
Regular Window Cleaning
Routine window cleaning that keeps glass, frames and sills looking fresh. Booked in advance, carried out with care, and designed to fit quietly around your home.
Ideal after renovations, long gaps between cleans, or when moving in. We take the time to do it properly - removing build-up on glass, reaching awkward panes, and restoring the overall finish.
Some of the homes we look after have up to 150 windows. Whether it's a listed house, a converted rectory, or a newer home with extensive glazing, we approach the job with care, pace and the right systems in place.
Our routes are based around rural Oxfordshire. That’s how we stay reliable - because we’re not stretched across cities or spread thin between towns. Our timing, access, and follow-up are built for homes like yours.
It starts with a quick conversation.
You can send us a message or give us a ring. We’ll ask a few straightforward questions and usually ask for a couple of photos to see what’s needed.
We’ll give you a clear price.
Not an estimate, not a vague half-day rate. Just a proper quote, based on what needs doing, and a confirmed booking slot.
We do what’s agreed.
We carry the right tools, clean windows properly, and leave frames and sills in good order. No streaks. No watermarks. No trail left behind.
We can keep you in the diary.
Most clients book monthly or every six weeks. Once you're in the diary, we keep the visits ticking along. No need to check in—we'll remind you if anything changes.

Just some of the windows we clean
They just got on with it—no fuss, no mess left behind. The garden looked noticeably better straight away. You can tell they know what they’re doing.
Claire D,
Leafield, Oxfordshire.
Booked them in after seeing a post in the village group. Windows looked great, and they didn’t need chasing or reminding, which is more than I can say for the last lot.
Jon M,
Churchill, Oxfordshire.
We’ve got quite a bit of lawn and a few awkward bits, but they took it all in stride. Didn’t try to overcomplicate anything—just turned up and did a proper job.
Helena W,
Ascott-under-Wychwood, Oxfordshire.
Tricky to find us if you don’t know the area, but they got here on time and cleaned everything properly—including the windows above the conservatory, which most ignore.
Martin K,
Bourton on the Water, Oxfordshire.
Came while we were out—everything was left clean, neat, and locked up. It’s a small thing but makes a big difference. Would definitely use again.
Sarah L,
Stonesfield, Oxfordshire.
Used them a few times now. They’re steady, polite, and don’t leave everything half-done. Worth it just for the peace of mind.
Roger F,
Great Tew, Oxfordshire.
They did all the front and back windows plus the doors, and I barely noticed they were here. No loud music, no chatting on the phone—just got it done and left it tidy.
